This research deals with on the structure and the
exchanges inside tissues. We are providing new methods for

  • The quantitative organization of vascular modules
  • The understanding of arterio/venular couplings
  • The analysis and classification of normal and pathological territories

We are using adapting and developing various methods in image analysis (segmentation, watershed) and graph (modularization, graph-cut).
